From Portland Go East on Interstate 84 until you reach the West Cliff Drive exit #62. This is the first Hood River exit. At the stop sign turn right onto Cascade. Follow Cascade until you come to the first traffic light. Turn right on 13th street. Follow 13th up the hill past the hospital. 13th will turn into a one way street continue until you reach Belmont. Turn right on Belmont. Anderson's is the third building on the left next to the Catholic Church.
